The southeast coast stretches from S'Estanyol to Cap de Ses Salines, the southernmost tip of Mallorca. And further on via Cala Lombards to Porto Cristo. This part of Mallorca includes the municipalities of Campos, Cala Murada, Felanitx, Santanyi and Ses Salines.

Lively holiday resorts, natural serenity and tranquillity, nature and the sea - unmistakable charm and a high level of Mediterranean quality of life make the southeast coast a popular destination. Not only for excursions, but also for living.

If you want to buy a property in the southeast, you are spoiled for choice. The properties on offer are as diverse as the region itself. Exclusive residential locations can be found both by the sea and in the middle of nature.
From mediterranean to modern to luxurious, apartments, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, fincas and villas are on offer.

What makes the Southeast special?

Cala D'Or offers a little Ibiza feeling on Mallorca. The town is characterized by many snow-white buildings. Thanks to its tourist character, there are countless stores, bars, restaurants and clubs here. The harbor and the beach are also a major attraction. Houses and apartments around the marina are also popular properties to buy on the southeast coast.

Mallorca's white gold is within reach in the southeast. In Salines de Llevant, the approximately 130-hectare area with the glistening white salt mountains can be easily explored by car.
Another highlight are the many windmills that can be seen between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi.

The botanical garden "Botanicactus" is located between Ses Salines and Santanyi. The architecture alone, one of the largest gardens in Europe, is worth a visit. On 5 hectares, the desert lives on Mallorca - with thousands of cacti of different species and some magnificent specimens from all over the world. A diversity of species that is second to none.

From the island to the island

Although no longer necessarily an insider tip, Cabrera is more than just worth a trip. The archipelago of 19 islands and islets is also known as the last natural paradise in the Mediterranean. Cabrera was declared a national park in 1991. With over 90,000 hectares of protected area, it is the first in Spain to include both land and sea.

Cabrera can be reached in just over an hour by ferry from the idyllic port of Colònia de Sant Jordi. If you want to visit this little Eldorado with your own boat, you must apply for a permit (Cabrera Permit) and reserve a buoy. Free anchoring is not permitted at any point. A permit is also required for diving, which is always valid for one day. Buoys can also be booked for overnight stays. Depending on availability and season, up to a maximum of 7 nights. So having your own property in the southeast and a bit of adventure need not be mutually exclusive.

Actively enjoy the most beautiful sides of Mallorca

Known and loved as the Caribbean of Mallorca – "Es Trenc". An untouched and undeveloped piece of land that is a nature reserve. Countless dunes line the kilometer-long, gently sloping (nudist) beach. Sun, turquoise blue water and palm trees - the Caribbean feeling comes naturally.

There are also beautiful long sandy beaches south of Colonia de Sant Jordi, which are less crowded. The reward for some of the longer hikes.

One of the most beautiful and almost completely undeveloped bays in Mallorca is located in the municipality of Santanyi. Cala Llombards stretches like a fjord deep into the hinterland. The fine white sandy beach is surrounded by a pine-covered cliff landscape. A few boathouses make this picturesque spot perfect.

Five hiking trails and three bays in the Mondrago Nature Park invite you to enjoy carefree hiking, swimming and relaxing. The middle of the three beaches is the well-known Cala Mondrago, although its original name is "Ses Fonts de N'Alis". It is also a popular port of call for yachts.

The Vall d'Or Golf Club is located on the outskirts of the hip coastal town. Varied and challenging, the golf course also welcomes guests. After a round of golf, you can relax in the clubhouse on the terrace with a view of Cala d'Or and Portocolom.
