Cabrera was declared a national park in 1991. With over 90,000 hectares of protected area, it is the first in Spain to include both land and sea.

Cabrera can be reached in just over an hour by ferry from the idyllic port of Colònia de Sant Jordi. If you want to visit this little Eldorado with your own boat, you must apply for a permit (Cabrera Permit) and reserve a buoy. Free anchoring is not permitted at any point. A permit is also required for diving, which is always valid for one day. Buoys can also be booked for overnight stays. Depending on availability and season, up to a maximum of 7 nights. So having your own property in the southeast and a bit of adventure need not be mutually exclusive.

Actively enjoy the most beautiful sides of Mallorca

Known and loved as the Caribbean of Mallorca – "Es Trenc". An untouched and undeveloped piece of land that is a nature reserve. Countless dunes line the kilometer-long, gently sloping (nudist) beach. Sun, turquoise blue water and palm trees - the Caribbean feeling comes naturally.

The fine white sandy beach is surrounded by a pine-covered cliff landscape. A few boathouses make this picturesque spot perfect.

Five hiking trails and three bays in the Mondrago Nature Park invite you to enjoy carefree hiking, swimming and relaxing. The middle of the three beaches is the well-known Cala Mondrago, although its original name is "Ses Fonts de N'Alis". It is also a popular port of call for yachts.

The Vall d'Or Golf Club is located on the outskirts of the hip coastal town. Varied and challenging, the golf course also welcomes guests. After a round of golf, you can relax in the clubhouse on the terrace with a view of Cala d'Or and Portocolom.
